Impressions of the School Wellness Morning – Friday 4 February 2022

On Friday 4 February, the National Adult School held its Wellness Morning. Twenty workshops were offered to the learners to conclude the 4th consecutive semester under the influence of the Corona pandemic.
The school’s teachers offered a wide range of workshops

stress management, yoga, Qi-Gong, mindfulness training, body care
artistic and cultural activities: painting, clay modelling, running, fitness, hip-hop, introduction to French billiards
an introduction to healthy eating and culinary activities.
